In our month of testing, we did find it effective as an appetite suppressant.
Overall, a good deal of consumers appear happy with the results that they’ve gotten from this supplement. Some have reported digestive issues (stomach ache and diarrhea), though.

4) Natural Factors – WellBetX PGX Plus Mulberry
PolyGlycopleX, or PGX, is a trademarked blend of polysaccharides (a type of carbohydrate) that is believed to suppress appetite and food cravings. Some also believe that it lowers LDL cholesterol, aka “bad” cholesterol.
Researchers think that PGX suppresses appetite by influencing the hormones that control our cravings. In a 54-person study, participants who took PGX had significantly increased levels of the hormones related to satiety (the feeling of fullness).[7] That’s a small sample size, but it’s a result worthy of attention.
As its title suggests, Natural Factors WellBetX PGX also contains mulberry, which has reduced bad cholesterol in clinical testing.
