Alternative Option: NOW Iron is a valid choice as well, with a caveat.

This supplement is not perfect for men because it contains 18 mg of iron—a little more than double the recommended daily value for adult men. This isn’t a dangerous amount, but if you remember from previously in the article, too much iron can build up in the body and have its own negative consequences.
