450 mg turmeric, 15 mg bioperine, olive leaf extract 300 mg, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, modified cellulose. Some of these ingredients are great, but we always question the necessity of more than a few fillers or binders.
The Good
Youtheory is a great brand that has an awesome customer service team, and are always a pleasure to interact with.
The Bad
Youtheory has a relatively small amount of turmeric in each serving size, and is a little extra heavy on the added ingredients.
