VitaFusion offers a wide range of multivitamins for several different groups of people, so we looked at their standard multivitamin first. MultiVite is a great little supplement and very widely accessible at many grocery stores.

These are available most places and cover all of your basic vitamin needs.

Gummies aren’t our favorite way to get vitamins into the body, and they add a few extra calories or ingredients we don’t necessarily want.
