This supplement, like most multivitamins, includes a wide-ranging blend of vitamins and minerals. It also includes an Amino Acid Blend, Brain Health Blend, and Eye Health and Free Radical Protection blend.
The Good
GNC’s Mega Men includes all of your basic vitamins and some of the more rare — but equally necessary — ones you don’t always see in a supplement (for example, Lutein for eye health).
The Bad
It looks like some ingredients have been repeated (potassium chloride), and a few things that are usually used as fillers are listed as nutrients (for example, silica as silicon dioxide).
